Terms and Conditions: Juicy Brains Panel

1. The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open from 23rd July 2008 until midnight 31st July 2008 (the “Prize Draw Period”) and operated by BrainJuicer Limited, 13-14 Margaret Street, London W1W 8RN, an independent market research firm ("BrainJuicer").

2. The Prize Draw is only open to all UK and Eire residents aged 16 or over, or aged between 13 and 16 with parental consent, except employees of BrainJuicer their agencies or their immediate families and/or anyone else connected with the administration of the Prize Draw ("Players").

3. By entering the Prize Draw, all Players agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any Player who fails to abide by any of these Terms and Conditions, or fails to meet the entry criteria set out in paragraph 2 above, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of BrainJuicer.

4. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. Players may enter the Prize Draw by becoming a juicy brains panel member (to sign up go to; www.juicybrainspanel.com) and by completing our topical juicer on Mobile Internet Services which will be hosted by BrainJuicer, and which can be played using the link sent to you in the news letter sent to all panel members (our "JuicyNewsletter").

5. The details that you provide will be held by BrainJuicer for the purposes of inviting you to participate in market research surveys and administering and fulfilling the Prize draw, unless you consent otherwise.

6. Your chances of winning will not be affected if you do not complete any future research questionnaires.

7. BrainJuicer accept no responsibility for incomplete, lost, damaged, incomprehensible or indecipherable entries and all such entries shall be disqualified. Confirmation of sending an entry via the internet is not proof of entry nor does it constitute receipt. No entries will be accepted after midnight 31st July 2008 (the "Closing date").

Entries become the absolute property of BrainJuicer and will not be returned.

8. All entries that are completed in full will go forward to a draw. There will be three winning entries which will be the first entries drawn at random from all eligible entries validly submitted (the "Winner"). The decision by BrainJuicer as to the determination of the Winners shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.The Prize:

Winners will each receive a £100 Amazon voucher. The Prize includes nothing other than that expressly stated to be included as part of the Prize. Players should be aware that the Prize may be subject to terms and conditions of third parties for which BrainJuicer are not responsible or liable and by entering the Prize Draw all Players are therefore deemed to have accepted and be bound by those terms and conditions.

10. The Winners will be notified by e-mail during the week commencing 4th August 2008. In the event that the Winners fail to confirm acceptance of the Prize within 3 days of receiving such notification BrainJuicer reserve the right to substitute the Winners with another Player of its choice.

11. The Prize is non-transferable, subject to availability and there is no cash alternative. BrainJuicer may substitute an alternative of the same or comparable value if it, in its sole discretion, deems necessary.

12. The name and county of the Winners can be obtained by writing to BrainJuicer at the address set out in paragraph 1 (above), enclosing a stamped addressed envelope.

13. The Winners agree to participate in such reasonable publicity as may be requested by BrainJuicer. The Winners also agree to the publication of his/her name and county as referred to in paragraph 12 above.

14. As far as permitted by applicable law (but not including liability for personal injury or death arising from its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation) BrainJuicer exclude all liability in connection with the Prize Draw or the Prize awarded or not awarded in connection with the Prize Draw.

15. BrainJuicer reserves the right to modify or vary the Prize Draw and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising.
